Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is regulated pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (protection of consumers in contracts concluded at a distance).

The right of withdrawal may be exercised by the Customer within and not later than 14 working days from receipt of the ordered goods.

The Customer-consumer (ie a physical person who purchases the goods for purposes not attributable to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase indicating in the order form a reference VAT number) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason. The right of withdrawal rests exclusively with the end customer who buys for purposes unrelated to his economic and work activity and who therefore buys communicating the Fiscal Code to the Supplier, together with the personal data. The products purchased can be returned with full refund of the amount paid, subject to shipping costs for the return of the material.

The material must be made intact in all its parts, including packaging. The return must be made exclusively via the express courier indicated at the time of the request for authorization.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the Customer who purchases for purposes related to his work (for example: instrumental use, resale, etc.) and that therefore communicates to the Supplier his VAT number. The right of withdrawal is also excluded in the following cases:
Purchase of packaged products, whose original packaging has been tampered with or damaged by the Customer;
Purchase of goods made to measure or customized or which, by their nature, can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
Purchase of reeds, mouthpieces, mouth organ and all the accessories that come into direct contact with the mouth and saliva.
In addition, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods shipped and not yet withdrawn on payment of the only shipping cost multiplied by two (return).

The right of Withdrawal is exercised by sending, by the aforementioned deadline, a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to the site’s owner, or Ripa Music Srl. This communication must necessarily contain all of the following :
The document number (invoice – transport document – order – receipt) for which withdrawal is exercised;
The express wish of the Customer to want to withdraw in whole or in part from the purchase contract;
The description and the codes of the articles for which the right of withdrawal is exercised;
Copy of the purchase document (invoice – transport document – receipt) relating to the order subject to withdrawal;
Bank account details of the Customer (current account, ABI, CAB, account holder if different from Customer).
In the absence of the requirements set out in paragraphs 1 and 2 above, Ripa Music will not be able to recognize the right of withdrawal from the Customer. For correctness of the relationship, the Customer undertakes to store and store the received products with the utmost care and diligence, and for which he intends to exercise the right of withdrawal, keeping them intact together with the original, internal and external packaging. Following receipt of the registered letter with which the Customer communicates his / her wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, Ripa Music, having verified the correspondence to the above requirements, will notify the Customer by e-mail how to return the products to Ripa Music. the Customer undertakes to return the products for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the communication by sending the goods to the supplier. The costs and risks of transport for the return are fully charged to the customer. The return of products not intact, deteriorated or without accessories or original equipment, will not be accepted by Ripa Music and will be returned to the sender with an increase in transport costs. Ripa Music, once received the goods in accordance with the above and made the necessary checks, will proceed to the reimbursement to the customer as soon as possible and certainly within 14 calendar days.
